BBQ Sauce Entry
Sauces will be divided into the following categories:- Tomato-Based Sauces: Open to “no heat” sauces and “peppers and spice for heat” sauces.- Mustard-Based Sauces: With or without heat.- Vinegar-Based Sauces: With or without heat.- Specialty Sauces: Sauces that don’t fit into the other categories (example: White Sauce, Asian, Thai, etc.).Turn-In Time: 5:00pm on Friday, March 7.
Jr. Pit Master Contest
- Two age divisions, Junior Division (ages 8-12) & Senior Division (ages 13-17).- Age divisions based on age at time of contestTurn-In Time: 12:30pm on Saturday, March 8.*Fairground entry/parking is not included in the registration cost.
***Admission tickets and parking permits will be included with your BBQ packet
Team Lot Weekend Parking Pass
-LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE- Access through Permit-Only Gate 2- Reserved lot for Team Parking only - Convenient lot located closest to BBQ Austin competition area*Weekend passes will not be available for purchase onsite.
General Admission One Day Parking Pass
- Team registration discount; will be $20/each at the gate- Gate access through Public Gates 3 & 4- General parking- Pass only valid for single day use
